Kite surfing, wellness and luxury in the Maldives

Maldives experiences with COMO
COMO Maldives is launching new 2023 COMO Journeys, a collection of one-off retreats and events, enabling guests to learn a new skill or deepen an existing practice under the watchful eye of leading professionals and experts in their field.
Included in the mix of COMO Maldives experiences are underwater photography classes, a kitesurfing residency with a two-time world champion, and a wellness resident to help guide guests on their journey for better health.

Through a variety of movement, mindfulness and meditation techniques, Webb can help unlock your deepest state of relaxation, and set transformational intentions for the weeks and months ahead. COMO Maalifushi features all the understated luxuries of a COMO private island resort, and is the ultimate away-from-it-all destination for families, couples, surfers and divers. Here, guests can relax at its COMO Shambhala Retreat for holistic wellness and world-class overwater yoga facilities, and they have definitive access to the Maldives’ vibrant marine life. There are some excellent breaks nearby as well as a string of uninhabited private islands, where there are seasonal hammerhead and manta ray sightings.

At COMO Cocoa Island, stay in a breezy overwater villa. The accommodation is designed in honour of traditional Maldivian ‘dhoni’ fishing boats, offering the sensation of floating over the crystal-clear ocean. Guests can slip into the water from their private sun deck and come face-to-face with some of the world’s most fascinating marine life and enjoy in-room dining from Ufaa, the island’s signature restaurant, serving modern international cuisine with an emphasis on freshly caught seafood and local produce.
