To celebrate the arrival of Winter in Melbourne, Hilton Melbourne Little Queen Street (Hilton LQS) has partnered with the iconic French Champagne house POMMERY to launch a Winter Wonderland takeover of its King Deluxe room.

Bringing the brilliance of world-famous Pommery Champagne to life, the King Deluxe room transformation will see the addition of candles, twinkling fairy lights, white faux fur-lined walls, sumptuously capturing the wonders of winter.
Bespoke white and cream floral installations by one of Melbourne’s favourite and renowned florists Victoria Whitelaw bring a magical touch to this cosy ‘la vie en blanc’.
Complimentary champagne and macarons
In-room, guests can enjoy a complimentary bottle of the exquisite Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV and macarons, whilst rugging themselves up in a signature Pommery embroidered guest robe and sustainable bamboo slippers.
The decadence of the package continues into the next morning where guests will enjoy a complimentary breakfast for two at the hotel’s restaurant Luci, housed in the grand foyer of what was once Melbourne’s Equity Chambers building.
Luci will serve a bespoke Winter Wonderland menu throughout the season featuring steak tartare, popcorn chicken, oysters and caviar, all accompanied by a glass of Pommery Brut Royal NV, with the option to upgrade to Pommery Apanage Blanc de Blancs NV should you desire.
Champagne cocktails at the Hilton’s Douglas Club
At The Douglas Club, Hilton LQS’s elegant lounge bar, two limited-edition Pommery infused cocktail creations will be served. The first, Tarte Tatin is a melange of Pierre Huet Calvados, Fino Sherry, cinnamon syrup, Reposado, topped with Pommery Champagne; and second, It’s Summer in France, a mix of Australian-made Gospel Straight Rye, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao, honey syrup, Pommery Champagne, crystallised verbena and mint.
