Celebrity chefs open new Italian restaurant Vulcania
Step off the mountain and into another world at Vulcania, the brand-new restaurant located in the Village at Mammoth. From Food Network stars Bryan Voltaggio and his Michelin-starred brother Michael Voltaggio, Vulcania offers a timeless and elevated dining experience.
The new restaurant marks the brothers’ first joint concept in California, serving up dishes that pay homage to their Italian roots. The menu is brimming with American-Italian staples, with a twist.
