Commencing with a purifying body polish crafted from a blend of marine salt and clay to refresh and renew the skin, guests then enjoy a detoxification massage tailored to their specific needs. The indulgence continues with a luxurious facial using La Mer products to enhance natural glow and restore radiance to the complexion.
2. 120-minute Nakatsuji Massage Ritual
Developed by renowned Japanese osteopath and anti-ageing expert Mr Tadashi Nakatsuji, this two-hour Nakatsuji Massage Ritual is exclusive to AYANA Spa. Guests will relax into a therapeutic top-to-toe massage utilising ‘The Nakatsuji Method’ which encourages full-body healing, releases muscular pain and enhances lymphatic drainage, while a head, neck, and shoulder massage alleviates headaches and tension caused by poor posture and prolonged computer use. Guests will then enjoy a facial massage using rich, delicate oils to nourish the skin via specialised techniques to shape the face and neck. This exceptional holistic ritual promotes slimming, detoxification, muscular health, collagen production, and anti-ageing.
3. 120-minute Seven Chakra Dhara
This enchanting two-hour ritual inspired by global wellness traditions commences with drizzling aromatic oils on chakra points all over the body, providing a deep sense of peace and contentment. Drawing upon the traditions of Ayurveda this luxurious ceremony weaves together Abhyanga massage, aromatherapy, gemstones, and chakra sound healing to deeply nourish and soothe the mind, body, and spirit.
4. Pure Balinese healing with 60-minute Balinese
This traditional Balinese massage draws inspiration from the rich traditional medicine systems of India, China, and Southeast Asia to help guests feel rested, rebalanced, and renewed. The holistic deep tissue treatment incorporates a harmonious blend of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to stimulate the circulation of blood, oxygen, and “qi” energy throughout the body – promoting a profound sense of wellbeing and tranquility.
5. 120-minute Thalassotherapy at Asia’s largest Aquatonic Pool
AYANA Spa’s pure Thalassotherapy treatment harnesses the therapeutic properties of seawater and marine products to enhance guests’ health, wellness, and beauty. A labyrinth of seawater is carefully heated to the optimal, soothing temperature to help rebalance mineral deficiencies, invigorate blood circulation, promote tonicity, and aid muscular rehabilitation. Featuring 12 distinct hydromassage stations, each equipped with more than 60 individual jet streams, microbubbles, and geysers designed to provide targeted massages to joints and muscles, the Aquatonic Pool looks out over the Indian Ocean so guests can delight in Jimbaran’s famous sunset views during and after their treatment.
AYANA Spa welcomes guests daily from 10:00 to 20:00. Spa on the Rocks is open from 09:00 to 18:00, while the Aquatonic Pool operates from 12:00 to 20:00.
