Forming its name from a contraction of Maria and Onassis, representing the famous couple, singer Maria Callas and Aristotle Onassis, Maona, the new summer concept from the Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer, brings back the atmosphere of the legendary evenings enjoyed by the jet set on the French Riviera in the 1960s and 70s. This open-air summer cabaret showcases live music, featuring DJ sets, a pianist, and a diva against a retro-styled backdrop! With its family recipes typical of the region, the menu elevates the classics of local cuisine.
